The company is the operator of the Zakinn application.
Zakinn Application: It is an electronic application that connects passengers who wish to use the services available on the application with the providers of these transport and delivery services contracted with the company. The application works on iOS and Andriod devices and the company is working on updating it to ensure that the application continues to function

Criminal background check and identity verification: Sometimes we may ask the captains to check the criminal background and verify the identity of the captains by requesting a document without judgment.
User-Generated Content: We collect information that Users provide when they communicate with Company customer support staff, submit ratings or positive feedback, or otherwise. This includes comments, photographs, or other recordings that users collect.
Data generated while using our services. It includes the following:
Location data: We collect approximate or exact location data from the user’s mobile device, if the user has authorized it. For Captains, the company collects this data when the app is running on the front of the mobile device (when the app is open and visible on the screen). For passengers, the company collects this data when the app is launched in the mobile device. Passengers may use the Application without allowing the Company to collect location data from mobile devices. However, this may affect some features available in the app. For example, a user who did not allow the application to collect location data would have to enter their address manually.
Transaction-related information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided, order details, delivery information, date and time of service provision, amount charged, mileage, and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses a promotional code assigned to you.
Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This data includes the dates and times of use,
Communication data: We allow users to communicate with other users and the Company through the mobile application. For example, we allow captains and passengers to know the mobile number to make calls if necessary.
